It was fairly clean and the staff were accommodating, beds were exceptionally comfortable. My guest room was perfect. Quick check-in too. Located in the centre of the city. Convenient base for exploring Bilbao.

The staff here was smart - very efficient service & excellent communication. Gothic style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. Generally everything was perfectly organized, nonetheless the bathroom was tight. Breakfast was immaculate - plenty of food and alcoholic drinks.

Exceptional value, courteous service. Imposing hotel, the food is perfect and I liked historic location. All in all it's neat place, they have lovely beds. Near to bars and restaurants and a tram station available near the property.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights and we liked our choice. It was small and very clean hotel. The room was spacious and bright, it had really great views. The reception staff that looked after us, was very very very friendly! Great comfortable location, very close to Mirador de Artxanda.
